Late Cancellations:

Please text/call and manually cancel your appointment in online booking to increase the chances that your spot will fill. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice leave a gap in a practitioner's day that causes a loss of income which quickly adds up, and as such are subject to a partial or full charge of the appointment fee.
